My stay at the hotel was delightful overall. The rooms were lovely, comfortable, and spacious, perfect for three adults. The service was exceptional, with staff being extremely friendly and always willing to assist. The location was excellent, close to the main attractions of Krakow historical center. The dining experience was good, although the restaurant lacked evening ambiance. The facilities were well-maintained and offered everything I needed during my stay.
